one step at a time.

From application
to Match Day.

LEVEL UP places athletes into cohorts. It is not an open booking system, and that is exactly why it works.

from day one.

The journey, in order.

Eight steps, from your application to Match Day and what comes after.

  1. 01

    APPLY

    Start with an application.

You tell us who is training, where you are today, what you want to build and when you can be on court. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 02

    TALK WITH RAFA

    Your onboarding call.

Schedule an onboarding call with Rafa to discuss goals, availability and possible group options. Applying does not confirm a spot or complete enrollment.

  3. 03

    CONFIRM DETAILS

    Confirm the right setup.

Together, we confirm your group, recurring schedule, preferred club and registration details. Placement considers preference, availability and level.

  4. 04

    ASSESS

    Understand your starting point.

Complete one initial on-court assessment before training begins. It helps the coaching team identify your starting point and appropriate group.

  5. 05

    TRAIN

    Four padel classes.

Train for 60 minutes once per week, with a clear objective for every class of the monthly curriculum.

  6. 06

    BUILD

    Physical preparation with Pedro.

In Weeks 2 and 4, a 30-minute physical session with Pedro Terrero follows immediately after padel. Those two visits are 90 minutes total, so it adds no extra visits.

    MATCH DAY

    Bring it together.

After all four padel classes, return for Match Day: a separate visit included in the package and a chance to play with the growing community.

  8. 08

    KEEP GROWING

    Take the next step.

Review your progress with your coach, identify the next focus and continue building with purpose.
